    Place Desainay accepte les locataires depuis six mois mais les travaux de finition de l'immeuble principal ne sont pas encore terminés. Un autre immeuble est déjà en construction juste à côté, de sorte que les résidents continuent de vivre dans un chantier de construction. Il n'y a encore aucun aménagement paysager aux abords de la résidence, le terrain est en terre battue, raboté par le passage de la machinerie lourde. Il n'existe pas d'aires de stationnement définies pour les locataires et garages trop exigus. Le promoteur tarde à remplir son engagement à doter tous les logements d'une thermopompe moyennant une hausse de loyer. Exception faite de la salle à manger, les aires communes ne sont pas climatisées non plus et l'aération y est insuffisante.
