This maison des aînés et alternative, which will make 120 places available to the population of the region, including 108 places for seniors and 12 other places for adults with specific needs. This facility will provide residents with a living environment on a human scale, consisting of ten air-conditioned units with 12 places each, and including individual rooms with toilets and showers adapted for each resident.

This new type of accommodation will be more reminiscent of a home and will promote human contact as well as a more active lifestyle, among other things through access to landscaped outdoor spaces and indoor facilities better suited to the needs of residents and their relatives. The maison des aînés et alternative is set to open in Spring 2023.
