Choosing the Comfort D. Charles Residences means electing a living environment on a human scale: the capacity of the residence on rue Sainte-Claire is 40 inhabitants for 31 rooms, including 8 double rooms. Another point of service, this one located in Anjou, can accommodate more seniors.
Thus, the living environment is tinged with incomparable human warmth, while the activity program is adapted to the needs of each of the occupants. There are, among other things, dinner concerts, movie nights, a relaxation area that promotes socialization, a decor that changes with the seasons, as well as three meals a day served at tables.
The location of the residence is also well thought out. The area is very quiet: there is a beautiful family atmosphere as well as many green spaces nearby. The public transport offer is significant, while the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station is located nearby. Pharmacy, financial institutions and restaurants are just a few examples of amenities situated very close to the Confort D. Charles Residences. Two major hospitals in the metropolis, Maisonneuve-Rosemont and Santa Cabrini, are a few minutes’ drive from the residence.

A place where the health and safety of residents is the priority
At the Confort D. Charles Residences, each senior receives the necessary care adapted to his condition. All residents receive medical follow-up provided by a doctor appointed to the residence. The latter comes to the residence every two weeks. On site, qualified and dedicated staff are on hand to provide care and services, including medication management and getting up and going to bed. The residence relies on the presence of a nursing assistant to ensure daily monitoring.
Inside the residence, everything has been done to ensure the safety of residents, and thus provide peace of mind to their respective families. In addition to constant surveillance, the doors are locked with an access code and each room is connected to an emergency call system. Proof that security has been integrated throughout the residence: the showers are adapted, and grab bars run along corridors. The residence also receives people in convalescence.
