We are so fortunate and thankful to have found accommodation here for my mom. Theo and Pearl treat every resident as their own mother or father, and it shows. This can be seen in everyone's face and demeanor. No matter the mental stimulus or physical assistance required, the caring and efficient staff see to everyone's individual needs. Volunteers offer weekly entertainments such as singing and arts. The bedrooms and common areas are spotless and the 3 meals are healthy, sufficient and well-prepared. Every holiday has its special decorations. And the food!!! During this epidemic very secure precautions are maintained, and families are encouraged and able to visit their folks with video calls. You and your staff are gems! I'm only sorry I can't give more than 5 stars!
To all considering placing a love one at Residence Pearl & Theo (RP&T), I am pleased to provide you with the following very positive feedback based on my own experience as a visitor. RP&T is extremely well managed by caring individuals who are present daily. Theo cares for her residents as if they were her own parents. She's a gem of a person, a real kind caring soul who takes no shortcuts for her residents and their families. RP&T is clean, staffed be responsible and caring individuals who pay close attention to the residents, and is very clean. RP&T is a small, intimate residence. If what is important to you and your family is the above all, attentive personal care and security, please consider RP&T. If on the other hand your preference is for the "aesthetics" of a physically large, higher profile institution (at the potential expense of attentive personal care and security), with all due respect, RP&T will not be for you. I would place my parents here without hesitation if they were alive today. Theo would have cared for them both lovingly and professionally.
Great caring staff, nice atmosphere, small, cozy, quiet and intimate setting with less than 15 residents. Wonderful rooms and great food. My mother is truly happy at this residence, we were even able to move in the furniture and paintings she loves! I feel so very lucky to have my elderly mother in this residence.
