Manoir de Casson
Private Seniors' Residence (PSR)
So nice to come home to!
Manoir de Casson, the most beautiful Residence in all Ville Saint-Laurent!
Manoir de Casson is a Private Seniors’ Residence (RPA) located in Ville Saint-Laurent. At the Manoir, the most important thing is the well-being of both our independent and active residents, aged 55 plus, and those that are beginning to lose their autonomy. Our primary goal is to enable all of our residents to thrive at all levels, whether social, physical, emotional, cognitive or spiritual, and to do so in a safe and secure environment. As well, your small pets are welcome to share your life at the Manoir.
The Residence is very well located on a quiet street, in front of Parc Caron, a few steps from a small shopping center with several shops, including a Metro grocery store, an SAQ and a Jean-Coutu pharmacy. For our residents who do not want to journey on foot, we of course have a pharmacy and a convenience store within the Residence. The Montpellier train station is around the corner and 2 buses pass in front of the Residence in the direction of 2 Metro stations (Côte Vertu and Sauvé).
Manoir de Casson has many cozy lounges where residents can meet up to play cards or simply to chat while watching the sunset. In addition, there is a swimming pool, library, cinema, game room, training area, chapel and much more! The Residence organizes numerous conferences, group outings, themed dinners, BBQs, mobile shops and entertaining evenings (singers, dancers, magicians, etc.). Our varied meals, much appreciated by our residents, are homemade and prepared on site by our 2 chefs.
The Manoir de Casson team is dedicated, empathetic and caring and takes the comfort and safety of its residents to heart. Care staff is also present at all times and residents who require more constant attention can obtain personal assistance services from an outside agency or from the CLSC. In addition, a doctor is on site one afternoon every two weeks.
With Manoir de Casson, you are in good hands.

Service très bien et professionnel. La nourriture était bonne. Ma mère y a habité plusieurs années. Plusieurs activités, bridge, cartes, bingo. Très propre.
