Habitations Nouvelles Avenues (HNA) is a housing OBSL located in Rosemont dedicated to independent seniors or those with a slight loss of autonomy. HNA has 130 beautiful, soundproofed, safe and affordable housing units, quality food services, activities in collaboration with tenants and community support. It is possible to participate in several activities including: painting workshop, choir, gardening, cognitive stimulation workshop, physical conditioning, etc. This establishment for seniors has two kitchens and two dining rooms to offer lunches to tenants and seniors in the neighborhood.

In 1991, aware of the needs of the neighborhood's seniors in terms of decent housing, a group of people and organizations from the Rosemont neighborhood joined forces to set up the Habitations Nouvelles Avenues corporation. It was in 1993 that the big step was taken and land was granted on the former site of the Center Paul-Sauvé.
