My Aunt is 94. She's from the West Island and still has family and friends here. So, being at the Manoir close to them is very important to her. When you are 94, you are less in control of day to day activities. It's important to have folks around with whom you are familiar and that you trust. That is the nature of the staff at the Manoir. My aunt has banter and jokes with them every day. They enjoy her as much as she enjoys them. Being able to speak English is also important. Banter and jokes get lost otherwise. So, the Manoir is like a family to her. I trust the Manoir to ensure my aunt is OK when I'm not there. I really don't know how we'd manage without them. Bless them all.
