In place for several months, our management team stands out for its stability, strong collaboration, and the breadth of its expertise. Under the leadership of Normand Larose, supported by Assistant Director Tamara Plourde, each team member actively contributes to the quality of services provided. Lyne Bissonnette, Leasing Advisor, ensures a warm and personalized welcome, while Joël Jodry, Maintenance Manager, oversees the proper functioning and safety of the facilities. Carole Lajeunesse, Food Services Manager, plays a key role in residents’ quality of life by providing healthy, flavorful meals tailored to their needs. The living environment is enhanced by Latifa Menaouar, Recreation Therapist, working closely with Cassandra Larose, Care Coordinator, and Sylvie Piché, Director of Care, who ensure high-quality care adapted to residents’ needs. Finally, Gabrielle Roy and Lise Boucher, at reception, serve as essential points of contact through their professionalism and availability.
