J'apprécie l'attitude et les actions de la direction face à la covid (disponibilités des désinfectants, port du masque, présence d'agents de sécurité, ajustement des repas, suivi du confinement) La directrice adopte une attitude calme et souriante, bonne communication des informations. Je trouve également les activités appropriées et je tiens à souligner la multidisciplinarité de chacun des membres de l'équipe qui permet de rassurer, d'enseigner, renseigner, distraire, soigner, discerner les maux, permettre de garder la bonne forme physique et mentale des résidents et surtout de nous donner l'heure juste. Je vous donne A+ sur toute la ligne!
