J’ai été déçue par certains aspects de la résidence. J’ai constaté un manque d’attention envers les résidents, une qualité de nourriture qui pourrait être améliorée, ainsi qu’un entretien ménager pas assez fréquent. De plus, la fréquence des douches (une par semaine) et la disponibilité des serviettes et débarbouillettes laissent à désirer. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes.
