Son emplacement près du parc régional de Longueuil en fait un endroit privilégié. De plus, la résidence possède une terrasse extérieure et plusieurs autres aires de verdure très bien paysagées. Le bâtiment possède tous les services et infrastructures pour les loisirs. Le personnel est toujours très agréable.

Questions and answers
Directrice des soins très efficace, souriante et à l’ecoute des résidents. Personnel attachant. Toutefois, compte-tenu du prix assez élevé payé par les résidents de Signature, les repas ne sont pas aussi bons qu’a La salle à manger en bas. Le choix ne convient pas toujours à cette clientèle ce qui fait que plusieurs optent pour la sandwich plusieurs fois par semaine . Peut-être faire un sondage auprès de la clientèle . Il manque de stimulation à tous les jours pour les résidents en perte d’autonomie. Il faudrait investir pour qu’il y ait plus de personnel en récréologie.
