CHSLD des Seigneurs, Boucherville

Centre d’hébergement Des Seigneurs, formerly known as Le Havre de la Providence, is a public CHSLD (long-term care centre) located at 36 Rue des Seigneurs in Boucherville. This temporary facility of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Est has 25 beds: 15 long-term care beds and 10 beds for clients undergoing assessment. It welcomes seniors with a significant loss of autonomy who need daily care and support.

Residents receive comprehensive care, including medication management and administration, help with hygiene, dressing and mobility, and palliative care. A team of nurses, care attendants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and dietitians provides follow-up. Three meals a day, housekeeping, laundry, 24/7 security and an adapted activities program round out the services.
