In 2018, the Filles de Jésus and the Ursulines of Trois-Rivières made history by placing their trust in the LOKIA Group. This collaboration led to the opening of LOKIA Trois-Rivières at 800 Avenue des Draveurs, a prime location at the confluence of the Saint-Maurice River and the Saint Lawrence River. This project welcomes both religious communities and laypeople, offering two types of accommodations: the Main Space for autonomous individuals and the Oasis Space for those with reduced autonomy. In 2019, the 8-story building houses 289 units.
