Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude à toute l'équipe de la Résidence Fernand Blais, et plus particulièrement à Dominique, la directrice de l'établissement, pour leur accueil chaleureux lors du déménagement de mes parents. Malgré leurs appréhensions vis-à-vis de ce changement, ils ont été reçus avec une immense gentillesse et une grande empathie. Dès leur arrivée, ils se sont sentis chez eux, ont été présentés aux autres résidents et ont immédiatement éprouvé un sentiment de confort et de familiarité. L'équipe se montre très attentionnée, les appartements sont spacieux et bien éclairés. La minutie apportée à la décoration des espaces communs ainsi que l'ambiance chaleureuse de la salle à manger les ont confortés dans leur choix. Je suis profondément reconnaissante à tous ceux qui ont contribué à leur bien-être dans cette nouvelle résidence, car cela me rassure énormément de les savoir heureux. Merci infiniment ! Chantal Ares
