Résidence Elyan

Résidence Elyan is a certified family-type private seniors’ residence (RPA) in the Pont-Viau neighbourhood of Laval. It offers 9 places: 6 RPA places for semi-autonomous seniors and 3 places in an intermediate resource (RI). Its small size creates a family atmosphere where each resident receives personalized attention. Private rooms are furnished and include a private shower and an emergency call bracelet. Services are offered in French.

The residence offers three meals a day prepared by a chef, help with bathing and dressing, medication distribution and weekly housekeeping. Bedding and clothing care, electricity, heating and Internet are included. Beneficiary attendants and nurses are on site 24/7, and à la carte care is available as needed. Residents can also be accompanied to hospital appointments, the grocery store and the pharmacy. The building is wheelchair accessible, and leisure activities are organized.

Résidence Elyan enjoys a convenient location in Laval. Cité-de-la-Santé Hospital, the main hospital of the CISSS de Laval, is just minutes away. Pont-Viau runs along the Rivière des Prairies, whose shores are ideal for walks. Close by, in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul sector, Laval’s Centre de la nature offers trails, gardens and green spaces enjoyed by residents and their families.
