The CHSLD de la Rive (Pavillon de la Rive) is a private non-agreement long-term care center (CHSLD) located in the Fabreville sector, Laval, near the Rivière des Milles-Îles. This accommodation center has 82 rooms. Recently built, the center offers spacious rooms, benefiting from natural light, private lounges and dining rooms on each floor. The rooms have a private bathroom reserved for the exclusive use of the resident. All residents have medical assessments of their state of health and follow-up is rigorously carried out. This CHSLD offers personalized care and assistance, a team of nurses, as well as medical assessments of the patient's state of health with follow-up.

General information
Large rooms with excellent windows, private rooms and private washroom, activities and leisure up to three activities a day, two week baths, 24 hour nursing assistants, registered nurse 5 days and on call 24 hours.

Notre maman a vécue au CHSLD de la Rive 13 mois. Le personnel est attentionné et ouvert aux suggestions. Durant son séjour, ses repas ont été adaptés et révisés selon sa condition de santé. Un suivi est fait annuellement pour comprendre les besoins des résidents et des familles. Le choix de participer ou non aux nombreuses activités, ainsi que de manger dans la chambre ou en salle à manger, est respecté. Avant et après son décès nous avons été très bien supportés. Nous avons été surpris de voir la belle attention apportée; une station d'amour avec musique, fleurs, chandelle, diffuseur aromatique, café, biscuits étaient déjà dans sa chambre, pour nous recueillir. Nous sommes heureux de notre choix de CHSLD. MERCI AU PERSONNEL!
