The retirement home The Residence La Luciole is an intermediate resource of 149 units and located in Laval. This retirement home welcomes seniors with cognitive deficits (Alzheimer's) and / or seniors with physical difficulties that affects their daily autonomy.
Two lounges, a kitchenette and a dining room are located on each of the 4 floors, as well as balconies accessible by the lounges.
Access to the large outdoor courtyard is on the ground floor. The main kitchen is in the basement; meals are prepared and distributed on the floors.
All admissions are made through a social worker at the CLSC de Laval.

Questions and answers
Déçue de la nourriture, en particulier les repas du soir. L'emplacement est très bien et il y a une grande cour, facilement accessible. Taux élevé du roulement du personnel ce qui est insécurisant pour les résidents. Donnent de bons soins
