The Résidence des Laurentides is a residence for independent retirees in Saint-Agathe-des-Monts.
Our complex offers you a warm and comfortable living environment with all the advantages of hotel quality in one of the most beautiful surroundings, which offers services and treatments adapted to the changing needs of the resident. There are a total of 129 accommodation units (studios, 3½ and 4½) over five floors. There is a large hall and two living rooms with fireplace, multifunctional room, complete library and internet lounge, cinema room, heated indoor pool, and more.
A new phase is currently under construction, the opening of which is scheduled for summer 2021.
The residence will have a total of 199 apartments, including a fully secure comfort memory unit, with personalized service 24 hours a day for people with Alzheimer's or cognitive disease.

2 ans que mon père habite là résidence. Des problèmes récurent qui ne semblent pas se régler. Internet et télé souvent en panne. Manque d eau chaude depuis à peu près 2 mois et un must... Stationnement très difficile pour les résidents qui n'ont pas un stationnement payé garage.. imaginez pour les visiteurs avec interdit de se stationner plus de 2hrs sur la rue. Direction peu à l'écoute. Annule 3 rdv sans suivi.
