Extraordinaire et professionnel. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute des besoins des résidants. L'écoute, l'empathie, la bienveillance et la compassion sont mis à l'honneur. Bravo gang. Pas maintenant, mais j'aimerais bien terminer mes jours parmi vous.
