Les soins sont exceptionnels par du personnel dévoué et attentionné. La nourriture est excellente. Les activités et les événements spéciaux sont organisés par du personnels qui ont à cœur le bien-être de leurs résidents. Mention spéciale pour leur ouverture à la zoothérapie, je pouvais amener mon chien pour visiter ma mère et en faire profiter aux autres. Et maintenant, il y a le chaton Benito pour les résidents.
