Les divers services sont déplorable, le personnels est douteux, mais surtout ce qui me chagrin le plus c'est que mes petits enfants ne viennent pas me voir.

Questions and answers
6 jours sans aucun ascenseur fonctionnel dans la résidence. À mon sens, il est anormal que la réparation ne puisse être effectuée en 6 jours. Est-ce normal que les personnes à mobilité réduite doivent prendre tous leurs repas dans leur chambre ? Où est le bien-être des aînés ?
