Résidence Champlain, which is located in Lac-Mégantic on the street of the same name, welcomes autonomous, semi-autonomous and in loss of autonomy seniors. Résidence Champlain is intended to be a healthy, pleasant and safe place for each of its residents. To ensure the safety and well-being of residents, qualified and respectful staff are available 24 hours a day and a fixed emergency call system is in place in every room of the residence. In addition, to promote the well-being of everyone, several services are offered:

• 3 full meals per day with a varied menu that takes into account special needs, and snacks available at all times on request.
• Bathing assistance with a personalized approach that respects the dignity of residents.
• Concierge service including daily and weekly housekeeping of each room and common areas.
• Laundry room including laundry for clothes and bedding.
• Medication management and assistance including pharmacy delivery service.
• Other à la carte personal care services such as: hairdressing, foot and nail care.
