Maison des aînés (MDA)

The maison des aînés et alternative de Black will relocate the 28 residents of the CHSLD du Lac-Noir and add eight additional places. The three-storey building will contain 72 rooms in total, 36 for seniors and 36 for adults with special needs. This will be divided into six living units of 12 places each. This house will welcome seniors with a loss of autonomy as well as adults with a physical or intellectual disability or an autism spectrum disorder. This maison des aînés et alternative is set to open its doors in Winter 2023.
