In either case, you can always enjoy a secure setting. Manoir du Quartier is a warm seniors’ community, offering 218 rental units, for independent clients. With a focus on peace of mind for its residents, Manoir du Quartier offers two secure units of 30 studios each for clients with minor decreases in independence, allowing them to avoid relocating to a different living environment should a resident’s health deteriorate.

Unité de soins pour personnes en légère perte d’autonomie
Dans l’optique d’une tranquillité d’esprit pour ses résidents qui pourraient perdre de l’autonomie, le Manoir offre deux unités de soins sécurisées de 30 studios ciblant une clientèle en légère perte d’autonomie. Cette unité nommée, Le Petit Quartier permet ainsi à ses résidents d’éviter un déménagement dans un autre milieu de vie, si leur état de santé se détériore. Ce milieu de vie pour personne en perte d’autonomie accueille également des gens de l’extérieur dans les unités de soins lorsque ces derniers répondent aux critères d’admissibilité du département.
Unité prothétique avec accès contrôlé pour une clientèle en perte cognitive et/ou physique;
Soins personnalisés et suivi médical avec les différents professionnels;
Équipe de soins composée d’infirmier(e)s auxiliaire et préposé(e)s aux bénéficiaires 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7;
Aide aux activités de la vie quotidienne et domestique;
Service d’hygiène personnelle (baignoire hydraulique sur l’unité);
Salle de bain privée dans chaque studio;
Service alimentaire (3 repas par jours / collations);
Programme d’activités adaptées;
Accès à une cour extérieure sécuritaire;
Service de buanderie inclus;
Entretien ménager des studios à chaque semaine.

Ma tante réside cet établissement. Elle ne s'ennui pas, elle pensait que d'aller en résidence elle trouverait cela dur, mais au contraire, ce fût toute une belle décision.
Questions and answers
Ma mère y réside depuis plus de 5 ans, l'accueil et le service est très bien. C'est un milieu sécuritaire,avec une grande variété d'activités ce qui fait que chacun peut y trouver son compte. Les loisirs ne manquent pas. En règle générale la nourriture est de bonne qualité et très diversifiée.
