Incorporated in 2008 at the initiative of the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and a group of citizens, Résidence Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, a non-profit organization, has the mission of creating a safe and accessible living environment for seniors by offering affordable housing and quality meal services. This project received financial support from the Société d'habitation du Québec, the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, the sanctuary, and generous local contributors. The senior living opened its doors in March 2011 and includes 30 housing units (3 1/2 and 4 1/2).
