This senior living residence for independent and semi-independent seniors provides personalized services. The price includes heated and lit rent, cable, telephone line, and hygiene/cleanliness service twice a month. Residents also benefit from 24/7 on-site care staff, leisure activities, and pastoral services. Several optional services are available, including meals, housekeeping (cleaning and linens), weekly bathing assistance, and medication distribution.

Problèmes de salubrité et plomberie non réglés.
Le tapis n'a pas été nettoyé, et la chute à déchets nécessite un nettoyage. Il y a un problème avec l'eau froide et un souci de plomberie à résoudre.

Questions and answers
Plusieurs problèmes persistent dans la résidence. Les punaises de lit sont un enjeu depuis plus d’un an sans réelle solution. La gestion du chauffage pose aussi problème, il fait extrêmement chaud (jusqu'à 30 degrés), et il est impossible de régler la température. L'eau chaude est également brûlante. Malgré plusieurs plaintes, la direction ne semble pas faire de suivi.
