Located in Québec, next to the Stoneham ski station, the Champlain-des-Montagnes Accommodation Center, of the Champlain Group, is a residential and long-term care center (private CHSLD) offering an inter-generational living environment. It hosts elderly people with loss of autonomy. The Center is located near Charlesbourg and the premises are shared with the CSSS Québec-Nord and the Centre de la petite enfance (CPE). You will be charmed by the outdoor courtyard and its terrace bordered by a garden.
Please note that this residence has an exclusive service agreement with the government. All applications and admissions are made through the CLSC.
