On October 22 and 23, the Palais des congrès de Montréal hosted the 10th annual AGE-WELL Conference, a key event dedicated to technological and social innovations transforming aging in Canada. Under the theme “Collaborate – Innovate – Improve,” the conference brought together researchers, industry leaders, care providers, community organizations, seniors, and government representatives.

Innovation to Support Healthy Aging

The diverse and inspiring program offered conferences and discussions on technology and aging. Panels also explored ways to strengthen the independence of seniors and enhance their quality of life through concrete technological solutions, both across Canada and around the world.

Living environments for seniors were a central topic of reflection and discussion. In particular, the adaptation of care and housing environments through artificial intelligence and digital tools emerged as an essential component for the future, just as much as supporting seniors who wish to remain in their homes.

A Shared Mission: Innovating to Better Support Seniors

For Bonjour Résidences, participating in this event aligns perfectly with its mission to simplify the search for senior living residences through digital tools designed to serve people first. The team took advantage of the conference to connect with other professionals in the field and explore new technological approaches that promote autonomy and well-being for seniors.

As Sara Girard, CEO and co-founder of Bonjour Résidences, explains: “Our participation in the AGE-WELL Annual Conference is a unique opportunity to connect with professionals who share the same vision, a vision of positive aging supported by innovation and collaboration. These exchanges strengthen our commitment to developing ever more effective tools to support seniors and their families.”

The participation in the AGE-WELL 2025 Conference reflects Bonjour Résidences’ commitment to actively engaging in the social and technological innovation movement in Quebec. By combining collaboration, compassion, and technology, we are helping build a future where every senior can age fully, independently, and with dignity.
