It currently offers more than 260 apartments, to which 140 new rental condos will be added with the opening of Phase 4, currently under construction. The first moves into Phase 4 are scheduled for December 1, 2025, with a full transition expected by spring 2026.
The building is fire-resistant, and features such as surveillance and access control are just a few examples of the importance placed on resident safety.
For your relaxation and enjoyment, Les Jardins Ste-Émilie offers a variety of activities to enjoy alone or in groups: bingo, movie theater, board games, and much more.
Phase 4 will enhance the current offering with modern rental condos designed for young retirees and pre-retirees aged 65 and over. Studios and 3 ½ units will be available, with access to new amenities including a pool, spa, gym, and a 6th-floor bistro offering breathtaking views of the city. A walkway will connect the new phase to the existing buildings, allowing all residents to enjoy the new facilities.
