The Residence des Chutes offers you an incomparable quality of care in a remarkable environment.
Built in 2007, the Residence des Chutes is located along the St. Lawrence River, just minutes from the Montmorency Falls. The facility has 71 units for seniors living with aging-related problems, of which 29 units are reserved for an intermediate resource. It is divided into three environments to better meet the needs of our customers. Our first class services are offered in a building with exceptional and luxurious architecture. The back ground, arranged to take advantage of the fresh air, offers a splendid point of view on the River, the Island of Orleans and the City of Quebec.

General information
Very spacious (about 280 square feet) and well fenestrated, our rooms have been designed to be comfortable living spaces and perfectly functional. Their quality far surpasses the standards of the industry. In addition, our rooms are delivered furnished for maximum comfort.
