Mon père était en perte d'autonomie et ils ont fait une exception pour lui pour lui livrer ses repas dans sa chambre. Ils l'ont même aidé à déménager ses meubles. Les services palliatifs étaient sur le même étage et ont pris la relève. (une direction différente, le Monarque)
