Hier c’était ma première visite à la résidence Vent de l’Ouest, j’ai bien aimé, très classe.

La première visite m’a convincue. L’endroit est très propre, les gens sont gentils et accueillants. Il y a beaucoup d’activités. Des petites surprises lors des anniversaires de naissance. La seule chose qui est moins intéressante est le fait qu’il doit y avoir une infirmière auxiliaire 7/7 et lorsqu’on appelle à la réception en soirée, l’appel devrait être transféré à l’infirmière ou l’auxiliaire. Aujourd’hui j’ai téléphoné vers 16 h pour un traitement. L’infirmière me dit que le traitement sera fait après 18 h. À 22 h le traitement n’avait pas été fait. J’ai eu beau téléphoner et laisser un message à chacun de mes appels, pas de retour. Pour cet aspect, je suis très déçu. Pour les repas, ils sont très bien présentés et c’est toujours très bon.
