My aunt has been living at Chateau Dollard for 3 years now and we are very pleased with the services. She receives the proper care, Patrick is fantastic with the daily activities and there is a good variety of meals selection. Also it’s not too big so it feels like a family to her!
This is a wonderful place! Most importantly, my mom feels safe and secure, which gives me peace of mind. The staff is always willing to help, polite, patient, caring and understanding. My Mom loves and looks forward to the daily activities and exercises with Patrick. He makes everything fun and interesting. The daily menu is great, with a wide variety of food choices. The premises are always clean and well maintained. Overall, I'm very happy and most grateful to have found the right place for my mom to maintain her independence with assistance.
Caring staff, attentive and friendly. Lots of activities and the residence is very clean. This is a GREAT residence.
