Mes Parents habite cette résidence depuis trois ans les frais n'on fait qu'augmenté mais les services ce sont dégradé. Le service infirmier proposé 7/7 est défaillant. Le service d'entretien de la bâtisse laisse à désiré. Pour le montant demandé par mois au-delà de $3500.00 pour un logement de 4 pièces 1/2 sans compter les repas le groupe Maurice n'est pas là pour les personne âgées mais bien pour s'enrichir à leur dépend. L'été dernier il y as eu une invasion de mouche en 5 jours j'ai du tuer environ 60 mouche dans le logement de mes parents suite au manque d'assiduité à vider les poubelles et bacs de recyclage situé dans le garage. Après que mon père est contracté la Covid l'infirmière n'as effectués aucun suivies de mes parent et 3 jours après ces ma mère qui l'as attrapé et après plusieurs appels pour voir l'infirmière aucune réponse de la part du service infirmier. J'ai tenté de rejoindre le responsable infirmier et aucun retour d'appel après 24 heures. Toutes les fois où l'ont porte plainte il n'ont que comme réponse la pénurie de personnel, mais les prix chargés par mois eux ne sont pas ajusté en fonction de la baisse des services.
