The establishment can accommodate up to 12 people, including 9 in intermediate resource care and 4 in private care. It has the great advantage of offering an intimate setting conducive to an enjoyable social life. In addition to its private spaces, the house has different common areas, including a living room, a dining room and a garden with a large courtyard, accessible to all residents.
The retirement home offers 3 meals and 2 snacks per day (adjusted to each resident’s diet), personalized care, and takes care of the general maintenance of the premises. Various amenities are available in close proximity to meet the residents’ needs, including a clinic, a bank and a convenience store.
