Questions and answers
Ma mère réside dans cet établissement depuis deux ans. L'offre d'activités y est malheureusement très limitée. L'ajout d'animations simples dans les étages, comme des tables de jeux ou la venue occasionnelle d'un chansonnier, serait grandement apprécié, d'autant plus que les tarifs augmentent. Nous constatons également des lacunes au niveau de la restauration, où le menu manque de fruits et de légumes frais, ainsi que dans l'entretien des espaces extérieurs, notamment le balcon. De plus, l'intégration du nouveau personnel engendre parfois des délais d'attente prolongés (autour de 10 minutes) lorsque les résidents utilisent la clochette d'appel. Une expérience globale décevante.
