Parfois, il faut exprimer des plaintes pour que les choses évoluent. Tout est en désordre dans cette entreprise. Il y a un manque d'entretien, des frais sont facturés pour divers services, et les résidents ne peuvent plus bénéficier de crème glacée ni de salade. Le personnel est bienveillant, mais rencontre des difficultés de communication. Les coûts augmentent tandis que les services diminuent. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.

An hidden gem

This residence reveals several delightful surprises. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. Thanks to the residence's unique hillside location, you quickly find yourself elevated without even changing floors, enjoying a superb view from the back.

A charming inner courtyard also allows residents with cognitive impairment to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety. But what truly stands out is the incredible natural light and the generous size of the rooms, including those in the care unit.

A visit is a must!
