Near the Residence
Notre expérience avec cette ressource intermédiaire a été très décevante. L'accueil y est peu chaleureux, à l’exception de trois employées très dévouées. La propreté laisse grandement à désirer et de fortes odeurs y règnent au quotidien. De plus, l'établissement laisse peu de place à l’autonomie des résidents en appliquant des consignes rigides pour tous, sans aucune adaptation selon le stade de la maladie. Nous avions aussi l’impression de déranger le personnel lors de nos demandes ou de nos questionnements. Notre proche n'y est resté que cinq semaines et nous avons constaté un déclin important de son état général durant son séjour.
