It occupies the heritage building that once was the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity convent, on Trois-Rivières’ Du Carmel Boulevard. Of course, the building has been renovated to meet requirements and offer comfortable and modern apartments, but its soul and its history are still very much present.
The 65 units intended for independent retirees hold many advantages, including large windows and high 10-foot ceilings. The rent of each unit includes, among other things, a parking space, access to the car wash and individual storage in the basement. Many amenities, such as internet, cable and individual storage are also offered. On-site, multiple activities are organized each month for residents. Lounges on each floor, as well as a multifunctional room, allow for get-togethers with friends or family.
