Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel, et l’endroit est très propre. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré c'est l’apparence de l’unité (pour personne atteinte d’Alzheimer). Il faudrait un peu de couleurs sur les murs pour changer de l’atmosphère d’hôpital et être plus comme une résidence.
