L'ambiance était chaleureuse entre le personnel et les résidents. La nourriture était très bonne. Ce qui était à améliorer, c'était le manque d'air climatisé (ou la climatisation). Le personnel était très agréable et offrait des attentions personnalisées à la clientèle.
