Avant c'était 4 à 5 étoiles mais puisque les services ont diminué, j'accorde une note de 3 étoiles.
Questions and answers
Depuis l'achat de la résidence par le Groupe Dumont, la qualité est en baisse de jour en jour. Au printemps la piscine fermée plusieurs semaines et à l'automne l'eau n'y était pas chauffée. Depuis le renouvellement du bail, le stationnement et la remise n'en font plus partie, c'est un contrat à part. Pratiquement tout le mois d'octobre sans eau chaude (douche et bain???) Maintenant plus de parties quilles (brisées sans réparation) Trop de travail pour le peu d'employé (en manque) Plus de message par intercom et pratiquement personne au bureau. (pratiquement pas de personnel sur place de juillet à octobre) Trop grosse augmentation du prix des loyers pour les nouveaux occupants Bonne différence avec le bail des anciens et les nouveaux. Aucune caméra fonctionnelle, sentiment d'insécurité car intrusion d'itinérants dans la bâtisse. Très faible débit d'internet depuis que le groupe Dumont on changé de fournisseur alors que ça fait parti des avantages publicisés dans leur annonce.
