The Residence has 26 3.5-room apartments adapted to the needs of independent seniors or those with a slight loss of autonomy in a safe building built in 2014 located 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant.

Residents benefit from multiple services including: 3 meals a day, attendant at all times, personal assistance services, nursing assistant.

Being a non-profit organization (NPO), the rents do not include any profit margin and some units are eligible for the provincial rent subsidy program.

The residence is located near a convenience store, a restaurant, a credit union, a park along the river and the Calvaire-d'Huberdeau heritage site.
