Located in Cap-aux-Meules, Residence Plaisance des Iles is a new Continuum of Care, NPO-type residence in construction. This retirement home will bring together under one roof an RPA and a CHSLD. The accommodation wing (RPA) of 141 apartments (studios, studios +, 3 ½, 4 1/2) will accommodate independent seniors or with slight loss of autonomy. As for the RI section, it will accommodate seniors requiring more care as well as people with cognitive / Alzheimer's loss in a prosthetic unit. The CHSLD will offer long-term care for a clientele with a greater loss of autonomy.
