5-week rotating menus that incorporate local and seasonal products. The rotating menu changes each season. It is created based on resident preferences and with the involvement of the food service chefs from each LOKIA Group facility, as well as our corporate director of food services. In 2018, the Filles du Sacré-Cœur de Jésus, the Missionaries of Our Lady of the Angels, and the Missionaries of Africa - White Fathers made history by placing their trust in the LOKIA Group, a real estate owner and manager, which is positioned in a niche that allows it to support certain religious congregations in Quebec with their housing transition. This collaboration led to the opening of the doors of Les Terrasses Bowen at 633 Bowen South Street, a prime location by the Saint-François River. This project accommodates both religious communities and laypeople under two housing sectors: the Main Space for autonomous individuals and the Oasis Space for those with loss of autonomy. In 2020, the 8-story building comprises 252 units.
