À éviter
Parfois, il faut exprimer des plaintes pour que les choses évoluent. Tout est en désordre dans cette entreprise. Il y a un manque d'entretien, des frais sont facturés pour divers services, et les résidents ne peuvent plus bénéficier de crème glacée ni de salade. Le personnel est bienveillant, mais rencontre des difficultés de communication. Les coûts augmentent tandis que les services diminuent. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.
