This senior living residence for independent and semi-independent seniors provides personalized services. The price includes heated and lit rent, cable, telephone line, and hygiene/cleanliness service twice a month. La température du système central de chauffage m'apparaît un problème important à considérer avant de louer. Bien qu'il y ait des calorifères électriques dans les unités, il y a également un système de chauffage central qui chauffe tous les murs, plafonds et planchers des unités; il n'y a pas un seul espace des unités qui n'est pas couvert par ce système central . Seul le Responsable de l'entretien a le contrôle du système. Malgré le fait que j'ouvre les fenêtres, je trouve cela beaucoup trop chaud et le taux d'humidité de mon unité est à 0. Bien que je l'aie demandé plus d'une fois à la Direction, ce problème n'a pas été résolu. Et pourtant, avant de louer, j'avais demandé si on avait le contrôle sur la température de l'unité et on m'avait répondu que oui.
Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous rencontrez des problèmes de température dans votre unité. Nous comprenons que la gestion de la température est essentielle pour votre confort et nous allons prendre des mesures immédiates pour résoudre ce problème. Nous allons contacter le Responsable de l'entretien pour s'assurer que les ajustements nécessaires soient faits.
