I’d love to give this residence a better review…the place is well-maintained, the apartments are lovely, and the staff is fabulous but the meals are entirely distasteful. My mother has been living there for several months. She chose to include nightly dinners in her plan. In theory, this is a great opportunity to enjoy time with others and to ensure she gets a nutritious meal. In reality, the food is practically inedible. I’m seriously concerned that her dietary needs aren’t being met because she often can’t even eat her dinner. And she’s not alone. Her and her friends have complained about it but nothing has changed so far. Our next step is to file a formal complaint with the Quebec Complaint Commissioner. I’m hoping this can improve!
