For your safety, the building has full sprinklers, equipped with a new fire alarm system, surveillance cameras, as well as controlled exterior doors. Several expansion works were carried out by the owners, bringing the number of units from 37 to 65 in total. A large living room offers a panoramic view of the lake, from the second floor. New facilities have also been added: gym, WII game, poker table, as well as respite units for short stays or convalescence.
