The Manoir Chambordais is a new apartment project for autonomous retirees or with a slight loss of autonomy. This private non-profit residence located in Chambord has a total of 25 dwellings (a loft, eighteen 3 1/2 and six 4 1/2). Residents have access to a security service, a cafeteria, parking lots and storage spaces.
The services included in the rent are as follows:
- 2 meals / day (lunch and dinner)
- 2 snacks
- Housekeeping (1x / week)
- Presence of a manager 24 hours a day
- Washer-dryer in each unit
